the san giorgio hotel rests above the aegean sea on the mykonos island. the minimalism and purity of greek design saves this island resort from being too prissy and excessive. it's the kind of luxury that makes you feel unconfined and weightless.

dans le futur

when i'm done with the city, i want to live in the woods.

i'll bake rustic fruit dishes and tend the apple orchard in autumn. 

i'll have a never ending library to get me through the winter. i'll ride my bicycle around and collect flowers in my basket in the spring. 

i'll have midnight campfires and pancake breakfasts in the summer. 

there will be fireflies and morning dew.

amangiri luxury resort is not located in some exotic country far from civilization. as easy as that is to believe. it's actually burried in the stones of canyon point, utah. i think i underestimated the beauty of the great frontier in home sweet home.
